I recall in the movie "Windtalkers" ( I think it was ), the Japanese command post is using a 94-5 Radio, but while listening, they have
a fellow cranking the hand generator. Maybe i and about 2 others in the USA picked up on that error, maybe fewer; but anyway the
producers kind of tried. ( BTW, i have an article in a history publication that points out central errors in this movie; which article i 
will soon scan...)
A fellow in the Portland antique radio club wrote that he loaned some home type radios for use in a play. The radios were absolutely
trashed. My opinion is, "You asked for it". 
I should talk. I loaned money out during the plague. I should have demanded their car title before loaning.
