[Milsurplus] What is this device, answered

I found in a grab bag of transistors i bought at SeaPac, Seaside Oregon, 2023, a bunch of these unused parts. I was stumped what they were.
Google search found nothing; probably too busy trying to sell me stuff. Another fellow found the explanation via duckduckgo search.
Someone else told me, torpedoes were / are built in Seattle. I don't know about that; never heard that before, and it seems kind of unlikely.
I have no torpedoes, so i'll probably ditch these.
