[Milsurplus] [ARC5] [MRCA] TBW-4 IF Transmitter

An easier route might be one of the laboratory inverters - like this one
I restored from a $100 ebay parts unit a couple of years ago. The only
noise is from a pair of muffin fans on the rear.
