To the TBW4 crowd
Any thoughts about using an 800 Hz inverter to power the TBW unit(s) ah natural? Using cheap power fets and a surplus big core toroid as the basis. Standard iron E core units would probably be a stretch at 800 Hz and not sure how the calculations for those would go. In any case as an hoarder of the TBW units and an original Power supply it's just a thought. I have a good source of huge 12 or 24vdc units to power such an inverter. Efficiency is not a criteria in the design as let's face it, the TBW4 is hardly the epitome of efficiency in the first place.

I have a pair of RBM receivers to go with these units. Hopefully 2023 will be a VERY interesting restoration year for me!!!
