A couple of days ago, I was going over a product with a company.  In 
short, a blade, held in a handle.

It had a blade, and it had a handle.

The blade was made for one thing, The handle, for another.

The handle had a hole for a heavy cleat to hold a different blade, the 
blade had no cleat, to be connected to a different handle, in a 
different fashion.

Pick up the product, and the blades fall out.

God only knows how many were made, and shipped around the world.  Worse 
yet, how many people are going to get mangled, or equipment damaged 
trying to use the product?
