[Milsurplus] [MMRCG] AN/URC-32 on the RATT net today

The URC32/KWT6 only runs at "full power", and most likely it is real FSK,
like it was designed to do.. there "ain't" no computers in real radios.

congrats on getting the Mighty Collins up and running ! are you running at
full power? running real FSK or using audio ? I also notice that when you
first come up you are maybe one hundred or so cycles low but come on channel
within a fraction of a second.
gives you signal a unique way to identify, something like Ken had with his
three-tone system but now he has that fixed and can't hear it anymore.

I finally got around to wiring up my URC-32 to my TTY, keying, and audio
switchboards (I'd just been using the handset previously). I also had to
install a field change from 1962 or so.
The URC-32 seemed to work fine on the 850 shift RATT net this morning. We
had 8 check-ins and a nice roundtable chat.
When was the last time a URC-32 was running RATT? I suspect a long time
ago...
