Or, even know they exist, as they are called "EPA Rules", not "Glenn 
Rules".

I learned that from the AEC, and NRC, their rules are theirs, nobody 
else's, and didn't even apply to me, as I'm not the AEC, or NRC.  I was 
told directly, "You are exempt".

It's funny how others go painfully out of their way to comply with the 
notions of others.
