Probably Apex.

I was there probably in the mid 90s, I found in their outdoor yard the
receiver for an ARN-7
(or maybe a Bendix MN something). I asked about it, and was told it
wasn't for sale.

I asked an LA friend of mine who was both in the TV industry, and a
fellow surplus hound,
about that. He said that most of the gear they have in their outdoor
yard was held onto for
movie and television prop rental.

However, I did find some good prices on new electrolytics, and even a
well worn DY-17
dynamotor for a decent price.

And yeah, I think indoors would have been a  scary place in an earthquake.
