[Milsurplus] Non Collins built URC-32

Received a Frequency Generator to bring up to snuff.  This FG is very clean, no indications like dust or smudges that one usually sees from many hours of forced air cooling.  No marks on the module mounting screws or the minor dents and scrapes one usually sees when modules are pulled and replaced.  This indicates to me that this unit is either a virgin, has very low operating hours or it was operated in a "Class 100" clean room!
None of the modules in the FG have "Collins" stenciled near the module part number.  Every module was made by LaPointe.  I have seen SMO's built by Dittmore-Freimuth and mechanical filters built by them too but I was not aware that a complete URC-32 transceiver was made by anyone other then Collins.
The LaPointe SMO behind the frequency indicator cover is a Model C but there are no indications that the SMO has had any modifications performed on it.  A quick check of the circuitry found that it appears to be untouched.  It sill has B+ going through the two L/C filters.  It is as Collins originally designed it in the early 1960's.
Trading emails with the owner, it appears the URC-32 rack also has a LaPointe nomenclature tag as does the military manual that came with this URC-32.  Has anyone else seen a LaPointe made URC-32 transceiver or one made by anyone other then Collins?
