[Milsurplus] Rodent clean up

I have (had) what was a very nice Navy
S-27 RBK rcvr before it became the communal potty for some rats.

 I'm looking for any advice from those who've had to do a similar job of
cleaning up the mess...and it is pretty bad. I see where its recomended to
use a bleach and water mixture but once that is used to get the waste
removed what are the recommendations to now clean up the residue and
staining thats left.

 Any help  and advice would be greatly appreciated.
