When it comes to dusty black wrinkle paint,
everyone has their "home remedy," some
more risky to the paint than others.

Clare Owens kindly sent me a bunch of
"micro-fiber" hand cloths one can
acquire from Costco.

Assuming the paint is intact but has that
embedded micro-dust that makes it dull
and dirty-looking, try this:
Get some of these cloths.  Clean and brush
of loose dust and dirt with a dry paint brush.
Wet the cloth with plain water.
No chemicals, no soap, no radioactive
nuclear waste, no harsh scrubbing.
Rub the cloth over the paint and watch
the micro-dust disappear.  Worked very
well in most cases for me.
