[Milsurplus] Ray Robinson Article on Type-12 Equipment

  Congrats to Ray Robinson, VK2NO on the superb article on ARC Type-12 
equipment published  in this months issue of "Electric Radio". The 
article is very comprehensive  and will serve as a excellent reference 
in the future for the Type-12 equipment. The Type-12 was very reliable 
and popular in smaller twin and single engine USAF  and Army aircraft. 
It also allowed UHF operations in light twins without  sacrificing 
weight for fuel!
