Has anyone had the occasion to replace an LED on a "OF-185"?
I have to remove the pcb in order to install a new '283' connector. Each of the three (3) leds must be unsoldered from the pcb.
At this point, I don't know whether the leds have wire leads or lugs. If they indeed have wire leads, the wire has been cut after soldering has taken place. It's going to be a nightmare attempting to align the short leads of the leds into the pcb holes!
The leds seem to be one piece with metal shell and are held in place with nut.
If I can locate led with wire leads, it will be easy to align the pcb on to the wires, then snip the excess.
Here is the "TO"-----------31R2-4-810-3
Once I get the "283" connector replaced I'd like to sell the OF-185 WITH PRC-128. Used lightly. I acquired these new! 283 had a stuck contact.
Any ideas about leds would be gladly accepted.
