[Milsurplus] RS-6 Station Output Tuning Light

Recently acquired a nice working RS-6
station at an estate sale and will eventually
trade.  The "ear pops" in that little earphone
are killers.  Gonna try the cure that
worked for the TCS.

Anyways- While testing it
on 40 Mtrs, I burned-out the 2V #49 pilot
light used as a tuning indicator.  Man, that
thing is a pain to get out.

Is this a common failure mode?  Do those
with the set often replace the light with
a #47, which is less likely to burn-out?
