[Milsurplus] TCS matching

I used series cap and transformer as the transmitter wants to see a low R
load with Xc.  Not having any cores on hand and wanting to get on 80 meters
only, one solution I used was 2 parallel 1/4 wave(velocity factor taken
into account) 50-ohm lines to take 50 ohms down to 12.5 ohms. Then a series
doorknob cap into the transmitter. Just another way to skin the cat.
