I am surprised any recycler still takes mixed paper. Our local only wants cardboard.
In fact, the site says they will take your paper, but charge YOU  $8 a car for bringing
paper. However, from what I have observed, many people do not get the concept of 
"cardboard" anyway.
Such recycle policy results in an increase in freestyle rural dumping.
