I wrote a note to something like TCI, Telephone Collectors International. But I suspect there was no need for using 
facility to have a schematic of the tool, maybe it was even considered disposable: broken, then dump it. 

The TCI website had some pages talking about the Vienna telephone book 1943, silly stuff making fun of names found there
and asking for example, how could there be a portrait painter in business there in 1943. I told TCI these pages were dumb,
dumb, dumb, and the author didn't know anything about what life was like in wartime Europe. I hope that doesn't prejudice 
their answer about the 139-A !

They are the telephone folks.... also there is,a telephone group online called tci that has many of the bell practices  online of all that test and signal stuff.  Hope this helps my friends from afar......... ed sharpe archivist for smecc
