[Milsurplus] DY17

I love to get the milsurp stuff I have, running on dynamotors if I can.  What is a real world price for the DY17 used with the ART13?  There is a fellow on ebay selling them for $400, apparently NOS, and his ad said he has sold 5 already.  I know it is not something you can order from Mouser, and they are hard to find, and 400 is a quite a bit out of my league, but is that the going rate?
