I am going to measure again. I think it was 1” exactly but let me check if 1.125 will fit or not. If so, then wallmart I shall go!

Not sure if it will help but I found these at Lowe’s awhile back.  It fits perfectly into my TCS power supply.  It’s 1-1/8” wide.

I do have the equivalent same size in the half-semicircular blade female connector, but then you would have to find and install the male chassis mount version in place of the original.
