[Milsurplus] Overseas with Global Shipping Program - Ebay ?

I have a BC-654 up on Ebay and one inquiry from Italy. I have seen in the past listings that say
"No shipping to Italy due to problems...."
My question is, using the Ebay Global Shipping Program, where I just send it to a U.S. address
and then Ebay charges them $$$$ to reship, can there arise a problem for me?
