[Milsurplus] R-388B/URR receiver

This topic brought up a question I've had for years on a R388 rcvr I have
that has the filters installed like the 51J4. Mine has both the data plate
and "Caution before operaring" tags removed and I figured it to be a
modified R388 with the filters added later.
 Why people remove these tags is a mystery to me.
 Thanks for bringing this topic up.
