[Milsurplus] R-388B/URR receiver

The 51J-4 version would be the R-388A. The "B" model has a different stock
number but I have never found anything at all about it - just a listing in
"Bureau of Ships Controlled Electronics Equipment (F Cognizance)", NAVSHIPS
92563(B).
R-388A/URR is FSN 5820-557-5140 (formerly 5820-557-5139) - listed in 1956
R-388B/URR is FSN 5820-897-8314 - listed in 1961
