[Milsurplus] replacing black oxide screws /with/ blackened zinc plated screws

Just cant get cheap, less expensive,  black oxide screws any more.   Mc 
Master Carr did no have the style and length needed. The correct screws 
, length style and size are Zinc plated, from bolt depot, in quantity.

U-tube video where the oil quench and Cold Bluing methods were 
demonstrated and both were effective.

In addition U-tube  video where zinc plated screws are placed in a mild 
Citric-Acid bath for a few hours then Cold Bluing was applied.  I have 
Hot Blued a 30-40 kraig  gun parts using the oven temp set at 370.  Yes 
other half not happy about roasting gun parts in oven.

I was thinking of attempting the mild acid bath followed by modified 
applying Cold Bluing at a temperature of ~350 which is Hot Bluing.
