[Milsurplus] RTTY gear

The goal here is to keep as much of this
gear out of the dumpster as possible.
In the case of the RAL, there is a part
of me that would like to keep it and fire
it up, but I simply don't have the space,
time or place for it in my collection.
20 years ago, and it would have been a
different story.
