[Milsurplus] PE-73C Dynamotor Commentary

I have a PP-1104C/G Which is good for 50 Amps continuous at 28 volts, 
and starts the PE-73C instantaneously.  Batteries may not be the best 
choice for the PE-73C because for best performance it's important to 
keep input at 28 volts.  That said, yes, some dynamotors are harder to 
start.
