[Milsurplus] PE-73C Dynamotor Commentary

I just tested my PE-73C dynamotor with surprising and pleasing results.  
It's rated 1 kv and 350 ma.  Well, I loaded it to 435 ma and regulation 
was only 30 or 40 volts, hard to measure.  This is better than any 
unregulated ac supply I've ever seen.  Load current was 25 Amps at 28 volts.

I plan to use it with an RMCA ET-8019A marine transmitter which is under 
restoration, having been "Hammified."  I thought the PE-73C a bit small 
for this service, but it looks fine for CW.
