If I were you, I would publish the serial number of that book....somewhere...and hope that 
someone would have the LM that needs it.

As I remember it (bad idea at my age) there WAS a website devoted to such matters: i.e.. 
BC-221s and LMs with missing cal books, and a list of serial numbers of cal books with 
missing LMs or BC-221s.

I have a website we could use for this...
