[Milsurplus] LM with wrong book

When I was rooting around in storage for a junker LM to extract the crystal from, I saw another unhacked LM and an AC supply.
I was surprised - I thought I had sold the last of the complete setups. When I took a closer look, I saw the power supply connectors
had been changed to octal sockets. The LM connector was unscrewed and hanging there by its wiring. It looks like maybe someone
got started on a project and never finished. I thought, well, maybe I can still restore this, altho I may have to make the power
cables myself. The LM had its calibration book and I pulled it out. Surprise ! It is for a different serial number !
I have actually not used a heterodyne frequency meter in decades now. I wonder, is the "wrong" calibration book of any practical
use for this thing?
