[Milsurplus] Unid tube tester chassis ?

[Hubert Miller]

I believe this chassis is from a military tube tester. Can you identify it?
Do people sometimes need replacement transformers for these? I believe the only reason I saved it,
source unknown now to me, is that I thought the multiple output voltage transformer for crystal
radio experimentation - different transformation ratios.
