Yes. That has been modified in a couple of ways, besides the meter panel at
the top.
Originally, that top panel included a wide-range antenna coupler with an RF
ammeter in the center-top of that panel.
Also, the bottom panel never had any meters in it originally.
Lastly, it is quite clear that the the panel above the VFO compartment has
been replaced also. Originally, all were grey.
I see he also has a TV-2 tube tester. I have two of those plus a manual or
two for mine.
One of mine works, and one doesn't.
I am not at all sure that the complexity of those is worth it, though.
