[Milsurplus] MAK Transmitter osc

This is a common  problem.  I had a Yaesu FTdx-500 with a multitude of
problems, one of which was the crystal controlled BFO mostly wouldn't
oscillate.  I added 1.5 inch insulated wires to grid and plate and it
worked like a champ.  I intended to  twist them but it wasn't
necessary.  Yaesu had pretty good design, but no quality control - must
be half their stuff came out of the factory not working properly.
