[Milsurplus] RAX rcvr..message from the past

Working on undoing some messy ham mods on a LF RAX rcvr when I removed the
top cover of the parts donor set to see this scrawled on top of one of the
IF cans.

 "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country"

 I'm presuming this was written during
WW2.
 I think its as relevant now as it was then.
