The TCS is pretty neat, you can remove the back of either unit to get to all those screws that are impossible to get to.  I removed the back from the TX, they give you enough service loops to move it away, and removed a bad bypass cap.  When I got it free, hidden mostly underneath it, was the low power jumper, complete and connected.  Once I get it back together, hopefully it will put out full power and load up to proper CW plate milliamps.
