Is there an official mod to the TCS where the RF ammeter circuit is rewired to place it between the RF out stud and the TR relay?  

Has anybody reviewed the website that talks about winding a fixed coil on the output variometer, bypassing the rotating link in order to load up to full PA current?

Will, or should, a stock unmodified TCS be able to load to full CW plate current?
