[Milsurplus] Woodpecker Redux

We have many CODAR installations along the New Jersey shore. They are designed to measure ocean currents. One of them was interfering with 60 meters. I contacted Rutgers University, which administers the ones here, and the frequency was moved.

Since then the ITU has designated certain bands for CODAR operation.
