Here again, I would recommend something domestic, and using vacuum tubes, so
you can find replacement parts? BTW, what is your ham call letters? 73 -

Google doesn't seem to be being my friend today, but if you also go by Roger
elsewhere online it seems it just gave me everything you know about the Type

Does it look like it is easy to work on for the rank amateur, beginner (me)?
I'm just looking for a CW XMTR I can get on air w/o too much trouble.

Hi
I'd like to hear from anybody with experience with the Chinese PLA
type 116 transmitter.  I think I got mine NOS from Harry at Red Star
Radio, so he probably sold at least a couple more.

As an old Russian student with no Chinese, I've got some questions!
