[Milsurplus] MS 3106 connector ?

Here's another one. Again, sorry if i have asked before. This time 
around, i'm hanging a tag on them with what
their use is.

AC power cord ending with this green color connector, 1950s - 1960s 
style,

MS 3106 A 22 - 53   on edge of connector
ESC  3057    -12A     on cable clamp
