[Milsurplus] AN-3108 connector ?

I may have asked this question before, if so, sorry: i should have 
attached a tag to the plug.
This is an AC power cord ending jn an Amphenol AN-3108 connector, dated 
22 of '45. I am
thinking it's for the ( converted to 60 Hz ) power supply of AN/ARR-5, 
7, but i may well be
wrong.
