[Milsurplus] International Angry - Nine Association ?

Well, this inquiry has been instructive in its own way.
I searched by MS's Bing on "International Angry Nine Association". After looking thru 4 pages of returns, with such useful leads as "nine techniques for dealing with angry customers", I abandoned Bing
and then went to Google. It returned the right info as the second and third results.
Ah yes, that's why no one uses Bing, I forgot.
I will still have to look into the group is still viable after these years.

While going thru old papers todays I find a letter, dated 1993, to me from the president, Wim Kramer, of the 'International Angry Nine Association'.
It mentions their publication, 'Q-5'. I am today unable to find anything on the 'net about this group. Will someone here please tell me when this group
was formed, and when it eventually folded ?
