[Milsurplus] Navy Radiogram

Here's another one, less artistic but history nevertheless. No text on back. I think SRS = "Ships Radio Service".
I believe this is a radiogram form also. I thought mid 1930s, but...the small text below the line reads,

9987-M.I.N.Y. 10-13-44-50M

I partly decipher this as 1944 and 50,000 produced - 50K forms or 50K pads of forms?
I welcome any more information.
