I also am very careful not to click links that I sense are any bit fishy. BUT there's a complication: I have a Toshiba ( Toshitba ) laptop with a poorly designed
trackpad. Yes, I have read the online articles about the problem and it seems there's really no fix; this is a known bug. This is the second
Toshiba I have owned with this problem. The trackpad is "erratic" and overly sensitive. I learned I have to be careful even when looking at Ebay "Buy
It Now" page. Maybe Toshiba has improved in the last few years, but my conclusion is, I will never ever again buy a Toshiba computer. I don't think anyone
else will have a problem with that article as long as you avoid any ad click-ons or things like that. I did sign up for the notifications; that was verified with
no problem. I still don't know exactly what I did to get the wonderful Windows repair offer. I apologize for any suggestion that the article website is some
kind of threat.
