[Milsurplus] " M-1 " on BC-453 ?

The military found that they needed the same type bleeder resistor in the first gulf war. This is due to the fact that the very fine blowing sands would impart a high static charge on the AT-1011 vertical antennas damaging the receivers. I believe that the radio sets were the Harris PRC-150. An adapter was issued for the base of the antenna with, if I remember correctly, a 1M resistor shunted to ground.
