[Milsurplus] VFD for 3 ph 115vac at 400 cycles

eBay item # 153068263501, seems cheap enough.  115 vac 60 cycle single phase input, 3 phase, 115 vac 400 cycle out.  
Has anyone tried using this or any other VFD to power aircraft radios?  Funny, could have sworn that only one was sold yesterday!Pitfalls?Jim
