[Milsurplus] A panel light for the GRC-9

You've probably noticed that the panel lamp is only on when the button 
is pressed, which is fine for military practice, but it's pretty dim and 
not convenient for Ham use.  Here's an easy fix: Use a high-intensity 
white LED held in place with tape, with the wires fed through the hole 
used for the original lamp.  From terminal jack #4, clip R29,  pull it 
up, and connect the LED between jack #4 and the liberated end of R29.  
The audio stages only pull 5 or 6 ma which is enough for adequate light 
from the LED.

A few words about LEDs:  You have choices.  Green and yellow work fine 
if that's what you want.  I have been partial to warm-white high 
intensity, but in this application all that comes through the dial is 
yellow. (a big surprise)
