[Milsurplus] Unknown Microphone?

I picked up a strange one in NOS condition simply because it looked cool...., and would plug into my AN/GRC-9. Anyone have any ideas it is a hand mic Bakelite material Rectangular in shape with a slightly angled head where the mic element is located straight cord  with stereo PJ-068 Kings connector.Looks like late sixties to early Seventy's manufacture.Carbon Mic M-58/U is it FAA? thanks for any info on this I love to collect mics for my AN/GRC-9 for some reason.jim KB1PFL
