Accounts of Philippine campaign tell that BC-1306 was supplied to Philippine observation stations as the U.S. prepared for that invasion.

BC-1306 is part of SCR-694-C (only).  Which didn't begin to appear until early 1944.  And initially they all or most went to Portsmouth for the Normandy invasion.  Or at least everything except the PE-237's did.
