[Milsurplus] 24 volt supply verdict

My local metal recycling place has given me the electric motor rate for
transformers, which is pretty favorable.  The last time I went with a
station wagon full of stuff, almost all the value came from transformers.

The downside is the risk of just driving through that place given all the
shards etc.   Don't know how anyone gets out of there without a flat tire.
