I agree Al, it wouldn't take much more time to find the needed part and 
build one and  you wouldn't end up with a QRP transmitter that looks 
like a sonde ;-)    With 150 volts on the plate these little tubes will 
make 1.5W output.

Hue:   Since I don't seen an AMT-3 in the collection of the Radiosonde 
Museum of North America, why not drop the proprietor a note to see if 
he'd like to have it?
