[Milsurplus] BC-1000 jack cover

Here's the BC-1000 jack cover I am seeking. You can see it's not the typical jack cover style.
This example is pretty whanged and there's no recovering it. The 'lever part' has one of the little clasping 'ears' on the side broken
off. Otherwise this set looks pretty much unused after depot overhaul.  -Hue
