There seems little evidence for that.  The website he used is long gone and various searches reveal nothing.

I doubt that can be documented.  Even at the height of Harry's Chinese radio import business, reports indicated that the sets he was able to import (even NOS Type 102 sets) were otherwise destined for scrap in China.  That may explain why some sets were incomplete and/or bore signs of significant usage, while others were complete NOS.  It's as if he was drawing from a heap of miscellaneous odd-ball gear piled up somewhere and all tagged for disposal one way or another.
